Job Description:

  • Enter data from source documents into designated databases, forms, and systems
  • Transcribe medical information into electronic formats with precision
  • Scan and upload documents into secure management platforms
  • Review completed entries for accuracy and make necessary corrections
  • Respond to emails, send recommendations, and ensure all patients are accounted for
  • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and data security protocols

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare-related data entry experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data entry programs
  • Excellent typing speed and attention to detail
  • Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards
