The BIG Outsource Referral Program is an exciting opportunity for you to earn by referring potential clients to us! As our way of saying thank you, you’ll receive:

• 10% of your referral’s monthly billing in their first year.
• 5% of their monthly billing if they continue partnering with us in the second year.

Referring a potential partner is easy! You can introduce us via:

• Schedule a meeting here.
  

Simply provide their details, and our team will take it from there.

To qualify for the referral incentive:

• The client must be billed at $10/hour or higher to receive 10% in the 1st year and 5% in the 2nd year.
• If the client is billed below $10/hour, the incentive is 7.5% in the 1st year and 5% in the 2nd year.
• Incentives are calculated based on base rates only (bonuses, night differentials, and other incentives are excluded).
• There is a cap of $200/month per full-time agent.
• Part-time agents and non-paying clients are not eligible for incentives.
• Payment will be made 30 days after the client’s payment is received.

Not at all! You can refer as many potential partners as you like—there’s no cap on the number of referrals.

• Rewards are processed 30 days after the client’s payment is received.
• Payments are made on a monthly basis.
• The mode of payment will be communicated based on your preference.
