Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Condensed from the Referral Agreement Contract. In the event of any conflict, the signed Referral Agreement Contract (including Annex A and Annex B) governs.

Eligibility

The referral program is open to existing Big Outsource clients and partners. Referred businesses must be new to Big Outsource and must not have had any prior engagement with the company. Big Outsource employees are not eligible to participate in the program.

How to Qualify

Complete the referral form before the business contacts Big Outsource directly. A Referral Partner Agreement must be signed before earning begins. The referred business must execute a Service Agreement.

Referral Incentive

USD $50/month per active Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) staffed to the referred client. Recurring for as long as the client remains active. Adjusts automatically with FTE count. Payable only after the client signs a Service Agreement, completes one full billing period, and Big Outsource has received payment for it.

Payment Terms

Paid via bank transfer, within a 30-day cycle after the client's payment clears. Referral Partners are responsible for applicable taxes.

Independent Contractor Status

Referral Partners are independent contractors, not employees. Not entitled to employee benefits. Free to work with other businesses, except direct competitors of Big Outsource.

Confidentiality & Data Privacy

Referral Partners must keep confidential Big Outsource information private. Personal information submitted is used only to process referrals and incentive payments.

Restricted Activities

Eligibility ends immediately if a Referral Partner becomes employed by, consults for, or performs sales/business development for a competing BPO, staffing, or outsourcing business. Additional non-compete and non-solicitation terms apply per the signed contract (Annex B).

Agreement Term

Initial term of 6 months, auto-renewing in 6-month periods. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. No limit on the number of referrals submitted.
