Job Description

To ensure candidates are fully prepared for deployment by reviewing contracts, guiding them through documentation and embassy requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining smooth progression throughout the immigration process.

Key Responsibilities: Account‑Specific Functions

  • Initiate contact with candidates through introductory emails and scheduled calls.
  • Conduct contract review calls and explain the immigration process, including required documentation.
  • Send follow‑up emails summarizing discussions and attaching relevant documents for the candidate’s reference.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather and relay credentialing requirements.
  • Collect, review, and verify immigration‑related documents submitted by candidates.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless process flow.
  • Process government‑related fee payments through the appropriate immigration platforms.
  • Endorse qualified candidates to facilities for interviews and provide complete interview details.
  • Conduct regular follow‑ups starting one month before the embassy interview to ensure candidate readiness.
  • Gather post‑interview information such as arrival preferences, transportation needs, and health‑related requirements.
  • Finalize candidate readiness and endorse them to the appropriate team for onboarding and deployment.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, immigration support, HR onboarding, or international staffing.
  • Experience using government platforms for immigration or visa processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing and credentialing is an advantage.
