We are seeking a dynamic Employee Experience & Learning Specialist to design and deliver programs that enhance engagement, retention, and capability building. This role blends learning & development with culture initiatives, ensuring employees experience a smooth journey from onboarding to offboarding while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years in HR (onboarding, offboarding, engagement). Exposure to talent development and adult learning principles preferred.
- Competencies:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to analyze insights, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborative mindset with clear role boundaries.
- Ownership of programs with a focus on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Journey & Onboarding
- Design and manage the employee lifecycle from Day 1 to regularization.
- Facilitate orientations and role immersion programs.
- Conduct checkpoints (Day 30, 60, 90, 150) to assess job fit, clarity, and engagement.
- Identify risks early and recommend improvements.
2. Learning & Development
- Assess skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
- Collaborate on training materials and role‑based learning programs.
- Manage LMS content and track completion.
- Monitor effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
3. Culture & Recognition
- Embed company values into engagement initiatives.
- Support recognition programs and wellness activities.
- Drive inclusion across onsite and remote teams.
4. Data & Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze employee feedback.
- Track HR metrics (onboarding success, engagement, attrition risks).
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.
5. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Operations, IT, and HR teams to align employee experience with business needs.
- Strengthen coordination across Recruitment, Employee Services, and Employee Relations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Onboarding completion rate ≥ 95% (Day 1–30).
- 100% checkpoint completion (30–60–90 days).
- Integration score ≥ 85% at 90 days.
- Early attrition risk detection ≥ 95% within 60 days.
- Training completion ≥ 95%.
- Engagement participation ≥ 85%.
- Cultural alignment score ≥ 85% at Day 150 and annually.
