Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, social media management, website content management, email marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, outsourcing, professional services, or the BPO industry preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, CMS platforms, email marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, analytics, SEO, or platform management are an advantage.
Professional Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, content distribution, audience targeting, SEO basics, analytics, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to translate approved marketing strategies into measurable implementation plans.
  • Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent project/time‑management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain documentation, and complete recurring responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating campaigns, preparing reports, and presenting insights.
  • Proactive, accountable, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.

Work Expectations

The Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing approved digital marketing strategies and campaigns across designated channels. This includes campaign timelines, publishing, channel administration, performance monitoring, lead tracking, and reporting.

Working under the Marketing Director, the role coordinates with the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Paid Media Specialist, Business Development, Recruitment, and other departments to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.

This position does not primarily create final copy or graphics. Its core responsibility is to ensure approved assets are coordinated, distributed, tracked, analyzed, documented, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution
  • Translate approved strategies into campaign timelines and activities.
  • Execute campaigns across social media, email, website, and other channels.
  • Maintain the integrated marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate campaign requirements with stakeholders.
Social Media & Community Management
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor approved content.
  • Ensure captions, visuals, links, tags, and CTAs are accurate.
  • Monitor engagement and endorse inquiries to Business Development.
Website, Email & CRM Support
  • Implement approved website and landing‑page updates.
  • Support basic SEO requirements.
  • Set up and monitor email campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate campaign and lead information in CRM.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Maintain trackers, UTM links, and dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Campaign Support
  • Coordinate with Copywriter, Designer, Paid Media, and BD teams.
  • Conduct quality checks before publishing.
  • Maintain organized campaign files and documentation.
  • Communicate proactively about risks or delays.
