Ensures the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of healthcare professional documentation by reviewing submitted files, validating credentials, converting formats, performing verifications, and maintaining status records. Responsibilities include verifying documents, rejecting incomplete files, uploading validated documents to client systems, updating trackers, supporting audits, performing license/sanctions checks, and monitoring exam completion.
Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in document verification, credentialing, compliance, or administrative support.

Familiarity with healthcare documentation, license verification, and credentialing systems preferred.

Experience with spreadsheets, trackers, and document management tools.

Strong attention to detail in reviewing time-sensitive and regulated documents.

Skilled in data entry, file formatting, and monitoring exam statuses.
