Job Description:

  • Provide timely, accurate support to drivers regarding job assignments, route concerns, and incident resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity.
  • Maintain accurate task records using communication and dispatch platforms.
  • Monitor task fulfillment timelines and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery or driver satisfaction.
  • Leverage Slack and other tools to maintain clear and professional team communication.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing transportation management systems (TMS).

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field a plus)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations role—preferably in logistics or transportation
  • Familiar with dispatch or TMS software (please specify experience with any systems)
  • Proficient in platforms like Slack and other task management tools
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
