Job Description:
- Provide timely, accurate support to drivers regarding job assignments, route concerns, and incident resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain accurate task records using communication and dispatch platforms.
- Monitor task fulfillment timelines and proactively resolve issues affecting delivery or driver satisfaction.
- Leverage Slack and other tools to maintain clear and professional team communication.
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing transportation management systems (TMS).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field a plus)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations role—preferably in logistics or transportation
- Familiar with dispatch or TMS software (please specify experience with any systems)
- Proficient in platforms like Slack and other task management tools
- Experience coordinating with external vendors
- Strong multitasking, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
