Job Description:
- Accurately process documents using OCR platforms
- Prioritize tasks based on specific SLA types (e.g., 10am NZST deadlines, FIFO, 30min–24hr turnaround times)
- Ensure a minimum accuracy of 95% across all tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols
- Communicate proactively with leads for updates and clarifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in data entry or document processing (OCR experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in task handling
- Able to follow platform-specific SOPs and adapt quickly
- Comfortable working within tight deadlines and across variable schedules
- Finance document familiarity preferred (e.g., AP, POs, SOs)
