Job Description:

  • Accurately process documents using OCR platforms
  • Prioritize tasks based on specific SLA types (e.g., 10am NZST deadlines, FIFO, 30min–24hr turnaround times)
  • Ensure a minimum accuracy of 95% across all tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols
  • Communicate proactively with leads for updates and clarifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in data entry or document processing (OCR experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in task handling
  • Able to follow platform-specific SOPs and adapt quickly
  • Comfortable working within tight deadlines and across variable schedules
  • Finance document familiarity preferred (e.g., AP, POs, SOs)
