Lead and scale the BOSS Marketing Division, driving demand generation, brand growth, and sales enablement. This role owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and turns it into a measurable business impact through strong leadership, cross-team alignment, and data-driven execution.
Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

10+ years of senior marketing leadership experience, with a proven record of driving business growth

Strong B2B marketing expertise, including brand, demand generation, marketing operations, and sales enablement

Proven people leader, experienced in building and leading high-performing teams through change and growth

Strategic and data-driven, with strong analytical, planning, and budget management skills

Global or regional marketing exposure, particularly across the US, UK, NZ, or EU markets

Startup or high-growth environment experience, able to thrive in fast-paced, competitive settings while managing multiple priorities

Own the Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with Business Development, Operations, and Recruitment goals. -
Drive Demand & Growth
Lead demand generation and account-based marketing programs, delivering campaigns measured against monthly growth targets. -
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
Grow, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team across branding, demand, and marketing operations. -
Brand & Positioning Leadership
Own BOSS brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all channels, including website and social media. -
Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution
Build campaign frameworks, launch service offerings, and continuously optimize performance across online and offline channels. -
Sales Enablement & Lead Support
Partner closely with Business Development to support lead generation and revenue initiatives. -
Data-Driven Decision Making
Define KPIs, track performance, analyze insights, and report results with actionable recommendations. -
Budget & Market Intelligence
Manage the marketing budget and leverage market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to guide strategy.
