We are looking for a proactive IT Support Administrator to join our small but dynamic team. The role combines web portal administration with first-line IT support, ensuring smooth operations for both internal staff and customer-facing systems.

Job Description

  • Web Portal Administration
  • Create and manage user accounts.
  • Amend user details as required.
  • Add or remove products from customer templates.
  • Create and manage allowance templates.
  • Update product pricing.
  • Ensure synchronization between the Web Portal and ERP data.
  • IT Support (1st Line)
    • Respond to staff IT enquiries.
    • Monitor the IT helpdesk and log calls where necessary.
    • Escalate issues to higher-level support when appropriate.
    • Assist in maintaining IT documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and web portal management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
