We are looking for a proactive IT Support Administrator to join our small but dynamic team. The role combines web portal administration with first-line IT support, ensuring smooth operations for both internal staff and customer-facing systems.
Job Description
- Web Portal Administration
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Amend user details as required.
- Add or remove products from customer templates.
- Create and manage allowance templates.
- Update product pricing.
- Ensure synchronization between the Web Portal and ERP data.
- IT Support (1st Line)
- Respond to staff IT enquiries.
- Monitor the IT helpdesk and log calls where necessary.
- Escalate issues to higher-level support when appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining IT documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support or system administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and web portal management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
