Job Description:
Customer Relationship Management
- Reactivation: Reach out to previous customers to update their details and re-engage them
- Data Verification: Confirm and maintain accurate contact information (email, phone, address)
- Contact Expansion: Add new points of contact for existing customers to broaden engagement
Marketing & Outreach
- Catalog Distribution: Send catalogs and promotional material to potential clients via email or physical mail
- Outbound Calling: Conduct outreach to past, inactive, or prospective customers to present products, confirm receipt of materials, or provide assistance—focused especially on tools and equipment
Ticket Management
- Handle and resolve tickets submitted via HubSpot, the company website, or other marketplaces, ensuring timely customer support
- Client Support & Task Fulfillment
- Complete various client-assigned tasks with accuracy and flexibility
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide usage guidance, and escalate complex cases as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Experience in customer relationship management, help desk or ticket-based support, or marketing coordination is highly valued
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and web or marketplace support environments is an advantage
- Background in administrative or client-facing roles within fast-paced service settings preferred
- Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telesales—especially in support of tools or product companies—is a plus
