Job Description:
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and customer emails efficiently
- Process orders with a target error rate under 2%
- Handle product returns, courier concerns, and back-order tracking
- Communicate proactively with customers about order status
- Support sales, supply chain, and warehouse teams with urgent requests
- Maintain high standards of service and clear, timely communication
- Assist with administrative tasks and contribute to a positive customer experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- 1+ year in customer service or client support role
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Experience using CRM systems or ticketing tools
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
