Job Description:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and other channels
  • Escalate issues appropriately and document resolution processes
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain records using CRM and ticketing tools
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or client relations
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • A customer-focused mindset and a team player attitude
